01 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the rl444 platform ("we", "our", "rl444") and any registered user ("you", "member"). This agreement applies to the use of the website https://rl444.cam and all related services.

Key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

• Platform: The main rl444 website and all related services.
• Account: A user's registered profile and wallet.
• Balance: The amount of funds held in the account (real money and bonus money are tracked separately).
• Bonus: Any promotional credit or benefit granted by rl444.
• Wagering: The act of spending money on betting or gaming.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version is the official one. It is each member's responsibility to review this document regularly.

02 Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services on rl444:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online gambling is completely prohibited.
• You are managing the account as an individual on your own behalf.
• You do not have and have not previously had an account on rl444 that was closed.
• You are providing accurate and truthful information on the registration form.

When completing registration you must provide a valid email address, mobile number, and identity verification details. rl444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents (KYC) at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed.

03 Account Management

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If an account is inactive (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months), rl444 may mark it as inactive.
• Any changes to your account details (email, mobile) must be completed through a verification process.
• rl444 may temporarily suspend an account in cases of suspicious activity.

You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. rl444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence in securing your account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rl444 are handled entirely through Bangladeshi payment methods. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Additional time may be required in cases involving complex verification.
• A verified payment account must be linked to any withdrawal request.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

rl444 may apply a service charge or fee for any transaction — this information will be shown at the time of the transaction. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the transaction will be held and reviewed, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or card are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

rl444 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions, but the general rules are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• To claim the bonus, you must be eligible at the time of your first deposit.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for wagering.
• Bonus usage is time-limited — if the deadline passes, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Members enrolled in the VIP program can progress from Bronze through Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers and will receive weekly cashback benefits. Separate terms and benefits apply to each tier.

rl444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion before or after it runs.

06 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on the rl444 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Our games are supplied by world-class game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) and are independently verified.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The result of each round is completely independent of previous rounds.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, the wager may be voided and funds will be returned.
• Live casino games are operated in real time and the dealer's decision is final.
• In sports betting, outcomes are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant sporting authority.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rl444 platform:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Colluding or conspiring against other users.
• Hacking, phishing, or other cybercriminal activities.
• Providing false information to avoid verification or committing user identity fraud.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
